Prom Dresses R&E Policy

We hope you love your outfit but should any item fail to meet your expectations, we shall gladly take it back for a refund or exchange, whichever you prefer. If you return the dress for a refund, you will be charged a restocking fee. Restocking fees are 50% of the price of the dress. If you return the dress for an exchange you should add in the box a check for $15(domestic) or $35(international) payable to Estilo Fashion LA to cover the exchange expenses.

Please email us at sales@estilofashionlax.com within 2 (TWO) days of delivery, to advise us of your intentions. In order to exchange the dress or receive a refund, you must also ship your package within 3 day period and the package must be post-marked. If the package is post-marked past the 3 days allowed, it will be refused and sent back.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We recommend that you send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges of returned items.

All items being returned must be in original condition with all tags in place and shipped at the customer's expense. Furthermore, garments that have any deodorant stains or odors will not be accepted. Upon inspection and approval, we will issue a prompt refund or exchange.

Please note that during high seasons exchanges can take up to 2 weeks.

Special orders are not returnable and not exchangeable. Special orders are orders for dresses that we do not have in stock.

You are measuring and choosing your own size. Because we have no control over whether you are selecting the correct size, no refunds/returns/exchanges will be accepted for ordering the incorrect size. PLEASE MEASURE carefully.

Dresses on SALE are NOT returnable; only exchangeable. If you request to exchange a dress the second dress is NOT returnable or exchangeable.Refused packages are charged Restocking fees 50%.

Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged or laundered is considered to be in "other than new condition" and cannot be returned or exchanged. For the protection of our employees we will not handle any garments that are not in original condition.
