Returns and Exchange

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

We want to make your shopping experience as easy possible and want you to be 100% satisfied with your orders and have established the following return and exchange policies. We want you to be happy with our product lines and service, so as with all purchases please be sure that you completely read all product descriptions, size charts, and related product information before making a purchase.

Exchange Policy

We will gladly exchange any item purchased from our web site for the exact item in another size, color, or style. Simply return the item to us within 5 days of receipt with all original tags, labels, wrapping and invoice. Be sure to include why you are exchanging the item and give us a description of the item you want to receive in exchange (size, color, style, etc.). We will pay regular ground shipping charges to return the selected item to you.

We will even exchange a product for other products in our inventory. If there is a difference in cost for the new item you select we will either issue you a credit or send a refund check for the difference. If you select a different item than that which you are returning we will charge you our normal shipping fees to send the merchandise. Merchandise that has been used, worn, soiled, damaged, dry cleaned, or altered in any way will be refused and no exchange will be issued.

If any item is returned for an exchange of the exact item, and the merchandise is out of stock or discontinued, we will notify you at the e-mail address you provided with your original purchase. You will have the option of selecting another product from our catalog, or receiving a credit or gift certificate. Exchanges will be made on all items one time. If you purchase an item and want to exchange it you may do so only once and shipping is included. Please be sure you select the correct product at the time of your exchange. Additional exchanges will be refused and the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees required to return any items.

Return Policy

We will accept returns only for the purposes of an exchange, mis-shipped items, or product defect. All merchandise must be returned to our "Returns" address. Please call before attempting to return any merchandise so that we may present you with the return address.

All returns must be made within 3 days of of the date merchandise is accepted by the recipient. Merchandise must be returned in new, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and unworn condition with all original wrapping, labels, and tags attached. Merchandise that has been used, worn, soiled, damaged, dry cleaned, or altered in any way will be refused and no return will be accepted.

We define worn as any period of time longer than is necessary to determine if the merchandise fits. All merchandise is rigorously inspected for workmanship and defects prior to shipping and must be inspected immediately upon delivery. All defects or damage must be reported via e-mail or fax within 48 hours of receipt for full a full refund.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE ON DAMAGES NOT REPORTED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE. Returns for workmanship defect will be refunded by check upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise; usually within 48 hours.

Estilo Fashions reserves the right to make such refund by check, electronic credit (credit card), or other payment of its choosing. Please enclose your original receipt for proper handling All sales of clearance merchandise are final and no returns or exchanges will be accepted. These items are clearly marked "Clearance" on the product's description page so please select the correct size and color when ordering these items.

Health codes prohibit the return of merchandise that is considered to be "intimate" apparel. This includes underwear, panties, bras, g-strings, thongs, bikinis, swim wear, intimate costumes, and other garments of an intimate nature. Original shipping fees will not be refunded or credited. All returns must be sent to us postage paid.

We will not accept any COD shipments. We also suggest that you insure your shipment to protect against loss or damage. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON OTHER THAN PRODUCT DEFECT. WE WILL GLADLY MAKE A SINGLE EXCHANGE FOR ANY PRODUCT IN OUR INVENTORY. WE DO NOT EXCHANGE ANY MERCHANDISE IN WHOLESALE.
